Terms and Conditions of Use
 
These are our terms and conditions.  Please read them thoroughly.
 
Returns Policy
 
Except where stated “New Part”, most of our items are recycled, used & 2^nd hand hence the parts sold are by no means in mint condition but we are doing our utmost best to describe the items as clear and as honest as we can and to the best of our knowledge of the bike it is off, what comes with it and any marks/damages (if any). If at all possible the different models it will fit will be listed to help the customer make the best decision about the product.  To protect ourselves, we do mark our goods in order for us to identify them easily. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item/items you can always return it/them for a full refund on the basis that the following criteria is met:-
 
The item is returned within 14 days of the signed delivery (UK orders) this does not include engines or large frames where 28 days period will apply
 
The item/s are returned complete and un-modified in their original packaging
 
The original invoice MUST be returned, stating the item details, payment details, and the customer name/address. (We would appreciate it if you could email acbikesreturn@live.co.uk  state briefly the reason why you return the item so that we know whether the goods are damaged or you just simply changed your mind about it)
 
Rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at website http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm 
 
We always dispose of all payment details once they have made payments. We do not pass on any personal details on to a 3^rd party. We believe in security for our customers. We don’t like junk mail and I am sure you don’t either!

Products shown within this website are provided “as is” and without any form of warranty, express or implied if item is sold as seen. Otherwise a 14 day warranty will apply to most parts and 28 days for complete Engines & Frames unless stated. Under no circumstances will AC Bikes T/A http://www.webreakanybike.com/  be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the services and/or materials provided.  If for any reason a customer does not want to use an item purchased, a full refund will be given, provided the Returns Policy is met.
